A women that I sometimes go drinking with after work on Friday called in at my home this weekend to talk to me. She is a school teacher, but has decided to leave her job afer a recent experience.

One of the girls that she teaches kept falling asleep in class. At first, she got angry with this 14 year old and threatened her with disciplinary action if she didn't stay awake. But one of the sleepy girl's girlfriends came to the teacher after school and asked her to go easy on the sleepy girl. Her story was that the sleepy girl was being fucked by her father most nights, and not getting much sleep. She would come to school to get away from him because if she stayed at home, he wouldn't leave her alone.

The teacher immediately reported it to the school authorities who immediately reported it up the chain of command. The father denied everything when confronted, but after a medical examination of the girl (including DNA testing of semen found in her), he started on the "I do it because I love her" excuse. It's in the hands of the police and the community services people now.

Some things which happen to kids are too awful. I hear things like this and I sometimes wish the human species would just self destruct and leave the world to the plants and the animals.
